For travelers who wish to spend one or two nights staying on our cruises, it is important to know what you should bring prior to your trip as there won’t be many reinforcing sources along the way. 1. Camera Gear
With over 2000 limestone islets and several mystical caves and grottos, Halong Bay is one of the most extraordinary natural sites on earth. The captivating seascapes do not stay the same, they change just after a few minutes. Thus, when cruising around this two time World Heritage Site, you will be using your camera quite a lot. That also means you should bring your camera charger, (even when your camera had been fully charged), an adequate amount of space on memory card and your preferred lens for taking wide and landscape photos.
2. Warm clothes
Perhaps just for the cold season which lasts from October to March of next year. Don’t be overconfident about your capability because temperatures tend to decrease considerably at night. Although your cabin is equipped with air-conditioning, a warm coat is strongly recommended for everyone. If you’re traveling with kids, make sure that they feel warm all the time.
3. Water and snacks
Of course, you can always join us for a delicious meal throughout the day, bringing your own bottle of water helps a lot with preventing dehydration and tiredness while cruising. You should also take some snacks with you in case of feeling hungry at night or between meals.
4. Sunscreen
Keening of getting tanned does not mean that you should put your skin under the risk of unwanted consequences caused by the sunlight in Halong Bay, especially in summer. You will be exposed under the sun for quite a lot during your trip, so bring your own sunscreen.
5. Your collection of chargers (for staying overnight)
Whether you’re bringing your full package of tech gadgets or you will be only sticking with your phone, chargers are one of the most essential yet easy to forget packing items. Not many tech gadgets can survive more than one day without having to be recharged. You will not want to disappoint your kids because you iPad ran out of battery. So list out which gadgets you want to pack, then don’t forget to bring their compatible charger.
